cancellation policies
- To cancel individual lesson: Call, email, or cancel online. You can schedule several makeup lessons each year, one week in advance. Availability for makeup lessons is not guaranteed, but we will try our best to accomodate your request.
- To cancel membership: We ask that you provide a 30-day written notice prior to withdrawing from swim lessons. You can submit your 30-day notice at any time during the month, and your classes will end 30 days from when the notice is received.

- We offer up to 12 make-up lessons per year. To cancel a lesson, just let us know before it begins—by phone, email, online. Make-up lessons can be scheduled up to one week in advance and used anytime while you're actively enrolled.
- We understand that life happens—kids get sick, schedules change, and unexpected things come up. If you need to cancel a lesson, just let us know before the start of your scheduled time, and we’ll do our best to accommodate a make-up lesson.
- In the case of emergencies or illness, we’re flexible and here to support your family. Our goal is to make sure your child stays on track without added stress. If you ever have a concern, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to work with you.
