You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. payment & refund policy

• Payments must be made in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.

• All fees are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

• Refunds or credits will be issued only in accordance with our cancellation policy, which may vary by program or season.

• No refunds will be issued for missed classes unless due to a documented medical issue.

5. Code of Conduct

We strive to provide a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all swimmers, families, and staff. By using our services, you agree to:

• Treat instructors, staff, and other families with respect.

• Abide by facility and program rules (including health & safety policies).

• Ensure your child arrives on time and is supervised before and after class.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if this code is violated.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Swimming is a physical activity that carries inherent risks. You acknowledge and accept these risks on behalf of yourself and/or your child. You are responsible for notifying staff of any medical conditions that may impact participation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including logos, graphics, text, photos, videos, and course materials—is the property of Puddles Swim School and is protected under Canadian copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Links to Third-Party Sites

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or tools (e.g., iClassPro for registration). These are provided for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability
